    Sandy Feet Australia is passionate about ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you change your mind about an item, you can exchange or receive a refund, provided that you have your invoice and the items are returned to us unworn, in their original condition and packaging and with all labels intact. We do not exchange sale items and requested exchange items are subject to availability. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for shipments within Australian and 21 days for international shipments. 


    PLEASE NOTE: Exchange shipping costs will be charged at A$8 worlwide. If you wish to return an item please email with the following information: your name, contact details and invoice number & details of the preferred replacement item/s (Item name, colour and size).

    For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will credit the cost of postage back to you.

    We recommend that you select a secure, traceable postage service for the package. Sandy Feet Australia does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
